I'm Paul Warns, retired from Boeing, active at church and Bible Study Fellowship, here in Wichita. I joined TC because I believe their solutions will work. And I want to stand up and do my part. I take Romans 13:4 as a command from God: to protect the innocent and enforce the rules, and we're supposed to do that through Grand Jury and Militia duty. I'm looking forward to the day, when we have enough people here in Sedgwick Co, to all show up at their Co Council Meetings and present our ordinances.
Hello all I'm Frank Greco, Honorably discharged, disabled American Veteran. I have over 20 Years writing software code, establishing enterprise class server systems, and enjoy quite times at home. I am deeply committed to offering whatever assistance I can provide, in support of the noble goals and mission of Tactical Civics, all while seeking to glorify our Lord Jesus Christ and uphold the sacred principles of the Constitution. I wholeheartedly embrace and advocate for the vital roles of Grand Juries and the Militia, as they are essential to our republic's foundation. In times of crisis, I have earnestly sought out local chapters or groups to lend my aid and stand alongside fellow patriots.
My service in the United States Air Force spanned 10 years, 2 months, and 2 days, a period that shaped me profoundly. Regrettably, due to injuries sustained, I was unable to re-enlist and was affected by a reduction in force, leading me to be honorably discharged in 1992. I take pride in being one of the 25 founding members of Oath Keepers and in serving as the first-ever awarded “VFW All-State Commander” of VFW Post 3115 from 2005 to 2006. Previously, I held the cherished role of Chaplain, which brought me immense joy as I ministered to others.
For over 13 years, I have been an ordained Pastor through Rose Ministries, a calling that has allowed me to shepherd souls with humility and grace. However, my diagnosis of Advanced White Matter Disease has impacted my ability to recall cherished parables and Scriptures with ease, prompting me to transition much of my ministry online—including prayer requests, daily devotionals, and limited Sunday services—where I can continue to nurture faith in a more accessible way.
Additionally, I hold an active Amateur Radio License at the Amateur Extra Class level, with the call sign AC0TT, and I serve as a voluntary examiner for the Federal Communications Commission, administering tests to aspiring ham radio operators. With a broad array of skills acquired over the years, I am always eager—body permitting—to extend a helping hand to those in need, reflecting the compassion our Savior exemplified.
You can find me on Facebook at https://www.facebook.com/Frank.S.Greco , where I lead our ABBA Father prayer group at https://www.facebook.com/groups/AbbaFatherWeWorshipYou , and on X at

With every fiber of my being, I affirm that Jesus Christ paid the ultimate price, dying for my grievous sins so that my soul might be redeemed. This profound truth echoes in the beloved words of John 3:16 (KJV): “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.” In quiet moments of reflection, I lift my eyes heavenward, offering heartfelt thanks to Almighty God for this incomparable gift—His only begotten Son, given to save a sinner like me. I cannot fathom the depths of suffering Christ endured for my salvation and that of all humanity. Thank You, Jesus! I have heard Your gentle knock at the door of my heart and welcomed Your boundless love within.
It fills me with gratitude to be part of a fellowship of like-minded Christians, united in glorifying Jesus Christ while working to enforce the Constitution and restore this great Republic. I firmly believe that a Republic rightly renewed—grounded in God’s eternal law and the wise framework of our Founding Fathers—will bring the healing and restoration America so desperately needs in these challenging times.
In this shared pursuit, I am continually drawn to these timeless Scriptures that call us to action with mercy and justice: Psalm 82:3-4 (KJV), “Defend the poor and fatherless: do justice to the afflicted and needy. Deliver the poor and needy: rid them out of the hand of the wicked.” And Isaiah 1:17 (KJV), “Learn to do well; seek judgment, relieve the oppressed, judge the fatherless, plead for the widow.”
Moreover, as a veteran bearing the scars of service, I hold dear President Lincoln’s solemn pledge: to “care for him who shall have borne the battle, and for his widow, and his orphan.” May we, as a nation under God, honor such commitments with unwavering compassion.
God Bless and keep up the good fight!
Thank you for your heart-felt into. You have some very inspiring words for me. Thank you.
Right now, there's only 14 of us in Sedgwick Co. Our goal is about 2500 to hit the "1/2 of 1 percent" goal post. But I bet 1000 will be plenty, but that's not my call. Anyway, all TC is asking of you is to learn the material and share with others. So, hopefully, that won't disrupt your schedule too much. I've been at this, here in Wichita, for 3 years now, and you're the 3rd new member in that time. It seems Kansans are very reluctant to join anything new. I'm not sure what God's time table is, but I am sure this is what I'm supposed to be doing. Convicting hearts is His job, My job it to just keep sharing my faith.
