Data Center issues in Miami County KS

( I think some people are missing the point. This project is going to affect a lot more people than just Osawatomie. Good and bad. This land is in the rural community, the properties that surround this land are within the county not city limits. Those people were told they don't have a voice unless they ask to be annexed into the city limits. Its in their back yards not the back yards of the people within the city who it will mainly benefit. Power lines will have to be upgraded as the nearest substation can't handle the amount of power needed. The closest substation was built along time ago. In the city minutes its says the city must provide the power. While no plans of the power have been made public after talking with people who know more than a lay person about substations its the reality of this project.

All citizens should have a voice who will be affected by this whether its good or bad. Even if it wasn't a data center that still doesn't change the fact that these people have no voice. Most of these people farms/crops/land owners were their first.

If every town along this river starts maxing out water allowance, what will that do the river and people down stream? It does affect more farms and families than people want to admit. They maybe allowed to pull out a max number, but what if every down river does. Their is already one in the works over in Ottawa. We have to look beyond tomorrow or 2 years or even 5. Clean Water is essential to life.

Power and water bills have shot up around most of these data centers, not just the people within the city who had them built. It affects everyone around and everyone around should have a voice.)

SB 146 which is the land bill that will give Osawatomie the land for another 20 years to try and develop is being voted on for final action tomorrow!!! This is the land that said data center will potentially be placed. This picture is showing you that they will need to get power from this point to the land by Osawatomie. We know how the power companies run power via transmission lines and they usually end up in eminent domain. This will affect more than just Osawatomie residents. Please if you are opposed to all of this please email respectfully all state representatives by tomorrow morning with your concerns! Here is the link to all house rep Emails. This land is in the rule community and is not even is Osawatomie, the farms and houses that surrounds this land, don't get a say in what happens due to home rule of a city. The city of Osawatomie has turned down lots of local development opertunities for this property.

Can you commit 4 hours a week to study our unique form of government in order to finally Activate the seminal founding Documents, the Articles of Amendment and U S Constitution? Reserve one hour for a “local” meet up weekly to stay abreast of state growth and happenings outside our front doors. Also, a monthly and annual business meetings.

With the remaining three hours, we have multiple ZOOM meetings available throughout the day and week to fit your schedule for live discussion. There are also literally days of recorded audio and video informations, training and actual meetings.

These will provide the confidence of why we Americans are unique to known world history, and we haven’t even Activated our Highest Law as of yet!

Of course none of this is visible on the website to the new members until the orientation steps, short video segments, are completed. Then the member will see what our “extended family” across the Republic have been up to. Their local groups and profile appear and everyone there will now “see” you!

We are serious about the restoration of the America we were born into, and beyond! We are surpassing where the founders left off by re-Throning the only King able to sit upon that High Seat so few can see. We accomplish this by enforcing the Law Creator God blessed us with, for this hour, forevermore!

At the ground level, morality is the only requisite personal trait needed in order to participate. Your religious beliefs are yours and we respect that. Your higher power will soon relay whether you are suited for the King’s Court or not. Politics stay at the door….

Kansas realtors & association don't agree...

Seems that Kansas realtors and the Kansas Realtors Association don't agree on value assessments on property in Kansas, and Kansans are paying the price!

We still have some of the highest assessed values in the country.

Kansas School Board Standards

The Kansas School Board has been accused of lowering the academic standards for students. BUT How can you tell the difference between academic standards for the students, and the standards set for the schools report card on how capable the schools are in effective teaching?

From what I can tell from the article/video interview- the school board is not lowering the standards but rather re-establishing the old higher standards which automatically show that the low proficiency scores of the students have been here all along... --- Either way; this doesn't instill confidence that the current School Board Policies can hold their own for properly raising up the next generation of Adults to manage the country's workforce / Civic Governing body.

Did you also know that 'we the people' elect the School board, but they - (school board)- turn around and choose a School District Commissioner (with no input from the people, and no term limits) which acts as their boss. So, whose voice is the School Board going to listen to?
