Seems that Kansas realtors and the Kansas Realtors Association don't agree on value assessments on property in Kansas, and Kansans are paying the price!
We still have some of the highest assessed values in the country.

The "overseers" are at it once again....
I so love the information service of the Sentinal and what they share to the people of our region. I pray to Holy Spirit that more discover them as an avenue to stay abreast of what really matters to our daily lives, locally to regional! The esoteric will be fleshed-out once we can affirm the information is truly pertinent to life upon the Republic, as our King requires.
Seems the "servants-of-the-elected servants" of Kansas have a predisposition to overeach in their duties, as relayed by the top story this morning linked below. But this makes perfect sense for a state that came into existence as the world's first U.S. UNION state(with all the Marxist baggage attached). Poised to manage the "taming of the frontier" and "civilizing the native peoples", all the while funneling the funds and/or natural resources back to the newly-formed criminal District.
Beginning to understand why Kansas cannot find or keep healthcare practitioners willing to live rurally.
That link will readily relay WHY real American Oversight for our state servants is a necessity for liberty. If Kansans are to truly experience Liberty as God designed, Christ Jesus Oversees and Holy Spirit brings us all as we live under Their gracious Protections.
Brothers and Sisters, where are you???

The Board of Nursing has “asked” — while threatening dire consequences should she refuse — Siple to sign a consent agreement that would label her as “unprofessional” in three separate nursing databases for “practicing without a license” in perpetuity.
For Siple — and nurses like her — this would be a career-ender. Siple said that “unprofessional” was the worst label a nurse could receive and that just being under investigation has already cost her employment opportunities.
Siple said she believes this is retaliation for her outspoken stance on COVID lockdowns.
Now maybe you can understand why rural Kansas is in such desperate need of qualified healthcare practitioners.
Like the pre-arranged 'home health visits' that serve no purpose outside the "debit charge" to our insurances and surveillance of our private lives by 4th, 5th, 6th. etc. party servicers to this mandate.
I call this the, DCCP "slowburn". That being the lingering effects of out of control servants(elected) once they have done their dirty deeds(and gotten paid).
